Led by Aghil, aka Leo, StarGuard Law represents a unique blend of artistic experience and legal expertise. His journey has been anything but conventional, seamlessly weaving through the worlds of music, entertainment, technology, and law.

Raised in Montreal, Leo’s career has taken him far beyond borders, touring as a professional musician to over 30 countries and performing at some of the world’s most prestigious venues. This global exposure not only enriched his artistic repertoire but also provided him with invaluable insight into the diverse challenges faced by creatives worldwide.

Beyond the stage, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found a media and event management company in Canada. From promoting shows for renowned artists to managing the complexities of event production, Leo gained a deep understanding of the entertainment industry from both sides of the curtain. This hands-on experience adds practical depth to his legal expertise.

Leo’s academic journey is as diverse as his professional path. He holds a college degree in computer science and a certificate in audio engineering, giving him a unique technical perspective on creative matters. His legal education spans both civil and common law traditions, uniquely equipping him to navigate complex legal landscapes across jurisdictions.

Fluent in English, French, and Farsi, and licensed to practice in California, Quebec, and Ontario, Leo leads StarGuard Law with a vision of delivering exceptional legal services tailored to the needs of creators.
