How I Got Here
I was born in Tehran and raised in Montreal.
I studied Computer Science, then built a music career — touring in 30+ countries, performing for tens of thousands at some of the world's most renowned venues, and co-founding an entertainment and media company.
I learned the business from the inside: writing music, negotiating deals, and securing brand partnerships. I saw firsthand what happens when contracts aren't right.
The pattern became clear.
Too many creators and founders were getting burned — signing deals they didn't fully understand and giving away rights they didn't know they had.
So I went to law school.
Not because it was the plan, but because I saw the gap: the kind of lawyer who understands both the technical and creative sides of building simply didn't exist.
That's how StarGuard Law began.
